This penguin would like to give you a lovely red balloon to cheer you up, since it heard you were sad lately.
Or at least you frowned a little.
Or maybe you were just pretending not to smile, because you were hoping someone would send you some penguins.

But penguins can't tell the difference, and this one would feel bad if it couldn't give you a balloon, so there you are.
