This unfortunate penguin started out life with a deformed flipper. Poor thing! (You can see its original flipper here.)
But this handicap has now, through delicate digital surgery, been corrected.
Now this penguin has two fully-functional, bendable, appropriately-shaped flippers!
And it still has this balloon it wants to give to you, because it heard you were feeling sad.

In related news, this penguin went on a journey through the internet to a duplicator machine, and came out with 9 identical friends.
